Show yourself, in the right way

Italdesign Giugiaro, even if it is mainly a technical company, it is perceived as a design company. For this reason, it hardly receives young engineers applications. In this context, Italdesign Giugiaro decided to organize an employer branding event called “Engineer Day” at Politecnico di Torino. Simultaneously to the event, an online initiative based on SKILLATO® was launched.

Gamified Employer Branding

With SKILLATO® Magazine, Italdesign Giugiaro equipped itself, for the first time, with a social and digital tool able to dialogue with young engineers letting them test themselves through various quizzes and find out curiosities about the company in a funny way.

The project is based on SKILLATO® Magazine, our engagement platform oriented to the continuos improvement of users engagement and loyalty rates stimulating active behaviours.
